These great Garlic Mashed Potatoes have already been cooked in our kitchen and just need re-heating. Heat from frozen, or if thawed, reduce warming time slightly.
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Bake covered until heated through – about 45 minutes for a full pan, or about 25 minutes for an individual portion.
Or bake uncovered if you like a crispy crust on your mashed potatoes.
**As an alternative, this can be reheated in the microwave at a medium to low power setting, stirring every minute or two so the center doesn’t burn – ensure that you transfer the potatoes to a microwaveable dish first!
