Cooking Instructions

Total Time: 55 min, Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Thaw fries partially (10- 15 minutes at room temp).
  3. Toss fries with about ¼ cup of olive oil or your favourite cooking oil.
  4. Spread fries out evenly over two cookie sheets lined with parchment paper, included (or on baking stones, if you have!).
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning 2-3 times. (Be aware that sweet potato fries never get as crispy as regular potato fries because of their high water content.)
  6. Sprinkle fries with sea salt (provided) to taste!
  7. Can be dipped in mayonnaise, if you like. Mix a bit of any curry paste with the mayonnaise for a treat!
