Cooking Instructions
Total Time: 55 min, Oven
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Thaw fries partially (10- 15 minutes at room temp).
- Toss fries with about ¼ cup of olive oil or your favourite cooking oil.
- Spread fries out evenly over two cookie sheets lined with parchment paper, included (or on baking stones, if you have!).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning 2-3 times. (Be aware that sweet potato fries never get as crispy as regular potato fries because of their high water content.)
- Sprinkle fries with sea salt (provided) to taste!
- Can be dipped in mayonnaise, if you like. Mix a bit of any curry paste with the mayonnaise for a treat!
