We have designed the Dinner Factory web site so that personal information and e-mail addresses are never released except to complete your transactions.
We do not sell, rent, or share any customer information.
We understand that our customers may have to cancel or reschedule a session. Since we order ingredients specifically for each customer’s meals, we do ask for 48 hour notice prior to your session if you need to cancel or reschedule.
With more than 48 hours notice from the time of your in-store session, we are able to fully refund your credit card. With less than 48 hours notice, we are unable to give a refund. We will make your meals for you and simply add the assembly fee to your order. Please call us to discuss which day your order will be available to pick up from our freezer. We’re here to make your life easier!
