Cooking Instructions
Filipino Pork Kebabs
1.Thaw completely in the fridge. If you haven’t skewered the pork, soak the wooden skewers in water about 10 minutes.
2. Prepare Zucchini planks according to directions
3. Heat the grill to medium high heat. Discarding the marinade, thread the pork onto the 8 skewers leaving about ¼ inch space between each piece.
4. Place the skewers on the grill; close the lid and grill – turning a few times and brushing with the basting sauce , until the pork is browned and just a hint of pink remains- about 10 – 12 minutes. Serve with zucchini planks
