    We introduced this meal in May and it received so many rave reviews that we have put it back on the menu for July!  A lemon-garlic-herb butter melts over large salmon fillets and Asparagus (only thing is you cannot freeze your asparagus) so you need to eat this meal when you receive it freshly made. The best part is this meal cooks in one pan. Easy but incredibly flavourful, on your table in 25 minutes (Oven or BBQ). You’ll savor every bite! Due to the high cost of salmon, a $10 premium will be added to your order when choosing this item.

    We have returned this entrée to the menu because of Rave Reviews! Lean pork tenderloins are rubbed with a fresh ground cumin and black pepper mix and then barbequed.  An amazing sweet and sour blend of orange and lime juices, molasses, honey, garlic and an optional jalapeno pepper make up the sauce.  Serve with Rice Pilaf (provided) and perhaps a Corona beer with a lemon wedge.
