This sweet and savoury pork dish is great for entertaining, as it gives the impression that you have spent a lot of time in the kitchen. The entree is full of flavours combining fresh spiced apple, butternut squash, onion and tomatoes. The juices from the apples and squash create an exceptional sauce which moistens your lean chops as they cook in the oven! We have paired this meal with jasmine rice to serve alongside these savoury chops.
